CritterJoy started with a simple frustration: pet stores treat "pet" like it only means dogs and cats. If you've got a bearded dragon, a parakeet, or a betta fish sharing your home too, you already know the feeling — half the internet's pet aisle just isn't built for you.
So we built the other half.

How we choose what we sell
We don't just list whatever's trending. Every product on CritterJoy is picked for real usefulness — things that make daily care easier, safer, or a little more comfortable for the animal on the other end of it. If it wouldn't earn a place in our own homes, it doesn't earn a place in our store.
How we operate
CritterJoy is a dropshipping business: when you place an order, it's fulfilled and shipped directly from our third-party supplier partners rather than from a warehouse we personally hold inventory in. This lets us offer a far wider range of species-specific gear than a single warehouse ever could — from tiny terrarium accessories to full-size aquariums — without marking everything up to cover the cost of stocking it all ourselves. Every supplier we work with is vetted for product quality and reliability before anything goes live on our site.
