Track Your Order
Here's how to check on your CritterJoy order.
1. Check your inbox
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Search your inbox for "CritterJoy" or check your spam folder if you don't see it — orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week of ordering.
2. Track your package
Copy your tracking number from that email and enter it at 17track.net to see the latest status and estimated delivery.
A few things to know
Tracking info can take up to a week to update after your order ships, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement right away. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of shipping.
