Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 week of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move into the next day's processing queue.

CritterJoy™ ships via USPS and other trusted carriers based on your location. Every order includes free shipping across the US, with no minimum purchase required.
