Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 week of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move into the next day's processing queue.

CritterJoy™ ships via USPS and other trusted carriers. Every order includes free shipping across the US, with no minimum purchase required.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@critterjoy.us with a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — see our Refund Policy for full details.
